The signal processing engineer will work with his/her colleagues in the laboratory to conceive, implement, test, and optimize new signal processing / machine learning algorithms for the SmartEEG project. These algorithms will process brain or other physiological signals (such as heart rate, motion signals, SpO2 measurements, or speech/sleeping sounds), and will be used to provide validation of data collected in the laboratory or at nearby Huashan Hospital.

Applicants must have a solid background in signal processing, in particular time series/spectral analysis, classification, and machine learning, and excellent programming expertise in Matlab. Additional desired expertise is good understanding of neuroscience, and programming in Python and C/C++.
