Dr. Shao obtained her M.S. from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Shannxi, China, and her Ph.D. from National University of Singapore. She is interested in biosignal processing, biomedical data analysis, data mining, and machine learning, and the application of these techniques to medical problems. She authored or co-authored more than 10 peer-reviewed publications.
